The entrance
You enter the apartment from outside through a 92cm wide door.
Access has a small ramp.
The apartment
The apartment has around 70 square meters and is set up like a small loft. Only one bedroom is separated by a large glass door
Sofa and 2nd bed
The sofa can be folded out into a 140cm double bed. It has a slatted frame with a full-length mattress.
The dining area
The dining area is large enough for 4 people
The kitchen
The sink and the hob (2-burner, induction) are accessible
The switches for the light and the extractor hood are at wheelchair height.
There is a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer.
A microwave and a coffee machine are also available.
The closet's clothes rail can be lowered with one handle
The front bathroom
A large sliding door leads to the bathroom with a washbasin,
toilet and shower
The washbasin can be accessed by a wheelchair. The shower is not suitable for wheelchair users due to its 8 cm high entrance
The bedroom
There are two identical nursing beds on wheels
The beds are height adjustable. The foot/headboard is separately adjustable.
A lifting device is available. The beds can be positioned in different ways. View from the bed into the patio.
The rear bathroom en suite
The sink is wheelchair accessible. The toilet seat is used to raise the toilet and can also be used for showering.
This shower is passable

There is an open-air patio between the bedroom and the kitchen.
The patio has an insect screen at the top.
